6,088m climbed - bring on 2006

Well firstly HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL - may 2006 bring at least as many good times as 2005!

Secondly, I think it is worth a mention that Dave, Mik and I just climbed a 6,088m mountain (circa 20,000ft for those on imperial) and I think I can say for all of us that it was the hardest physical and probably mental thing that we have ever done - absolutely knackering but worth every drop of blood, fear for life and mental anguish. Crampons, ice-axes, crevaces, glaciers, sheer ice walls - the lot.

Here's to living the new year with the same attitude, hopes and aspirations as the previous year!

Lots of love,

James, Mik and Dave

p.s, that is the beauty in the photograph!!
